Privacy on this website

When you submit the enquiry form, the website processes your contact and vehicle details and sends them to Tanker Tech through Microsoft 365 so we can respond to your request. Form entries are not saved in browser storage or in the website database. Enquiries are retained in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. For a retention or deletion request, contact us using the address below.

To limit spam and duplicate messages, the website temporarily stores keyed hashes derived from the submission identifier, email address and network address, along with counters and submission status. The database does not store the enquiry text or plain email or network addresses. These records expire after one day for rate limits or seven days for duplicate checks and are removed during subsequent enquiry processing.

Email enquiries

Information you choose to send by email is shared with Tanker Tech at info@tanker-tech.co.uk. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed to discuss the work.

Website services

This website does not add analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting service may process technical information needed to provide the site. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver them, including your IP address.

The coverage section embeds a map from OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, your browser connects to OpenStreetMap to retrieve it. Read the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy for information about that service.
